Caitlyn Quinn

Caitlyn is an Administrator II in the High Altitude Observatory (HAO) at NCAR. She is the proposal process leader for HAO. In this role, Caitlyn interprets sponsor guidelines and checks proposals for compliance, assists in preparing proposal materials and budgets, guides processes while monitoring deadlines and deliverables, and acts as a central point of contact to HAO principal investigators and external agencies.

Caitlyn administers the lab's visitor program in conjunction with the HAO Visitor Committee and plans and monitors the program budget. She manages office allocations for staff and visitors.
